Act it out, no talking allowed
Charades is a classic party game that works for every age. The wheel makes it easy: no need to write words on slips of paper. Spin, act out the word, and let your team guess.
How to play
- Split into two teams.
- The actor spins the wheel on their phone so the guessers can’t see it.
- They have one minute to act out the word without speaking or pointing at objects.
- Their team gets a point for a correct guess. Then the other team takes a turn.
- The team with the most points after five rounds wins.
Charades gestures everyone knows
- Number of words: hold up that many fingers.
- Film: crank an old-fashioned camera.
- Book: open your hands like a book.
- Song: pretend to sing.
- Sounds like: cup a hand behind your ear.
