If you use SpinWheelHero to run a giveaway, raffle, contest or promotion, you are solely responsible for running it, including its rules, eligibility, prizes, and compliance with the laws of your country and the rules of any platform you use, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook. SpinWheelHero is not a sponsor or administrator of any promotion.
Randomness and results
Each spin is selected using your browser's cryptographically secure random number generator, and every entry has an equal chance. The Service is provided for convenience and entertainment, and you should not rely on it for decisions with legal, financial, medical or safety consequences.
Availability

The SpinWheelHero name, logo, design and website code belong to us. Template names that reference third-party brands, such as games or sports teams, are used for descriptive purposes only. Those trademarks belong to their owners, who do not endorse SpinWheelHero.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpinWheelHero is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, including the outcome of any spin.
